摘  要:目的观察根尖周炎时根尖周组织中CGRP免疫阳性纤维的变化。方法在大鼠双侧上颌第一磨牙开髓,分别观察8、15、35天,通过免疫组化法比较正常和炎症状态下根尖周组织中CGRP免疫阳性纤维的变化,然后进行图像分析阳性纤维密度。结果开髓8、15、35天根尖周组织中CGRP免疫阳性纤维增多,开髓15天组阳性纤维密度最高。结论CGRP参与了根尖周炎症的发生、发展过程。Objective To investigate the changes calcitonin gene-related peptide immunoreactive (CGRP-IR) nerve fibers of periapical tissue exhibit in the course of inflammation.Methods Pulp exposures were performed on the mandibular first molars of Wistar rats. At the 8~th ,15~th and 35~th day after the pulp exposure, the changes between the control group and inflammation group of periapical tissue were examined with immunocytochemical strain (SABC); the density of CGRP-IR nerve fibers were analyzed by Luzex-F microprojector analysis instrument.Results CGRP-IR nerve fibers in periapical tissue were increased after the pulp exposure. At the 8~th , 15~th and 35~th day, the CGRP positive fibers density were ~1.1043 ±~0.2459 , ~1.5265 ±~0.3147 , ~1.3423 ±~0.3165 , respectively. The CGRP-IR nerve fibers density was the highest at the 15~th day.Conclusion CGRP-IR nerve fibers may be involved in the initiation and development of periapical inflammation.
