摘  要:背景:脐血容易获得,富含干细胞,不会引起社会及法律问题。但脐血干细胞蕴含着能分化成神经系统细胞的潜能有多大?目的:就近年来脐带血细胞在神经系统的应用进行综述。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline1995/2004和Elsevier全文数据库1995/2004的脐血细胞及神经系统疾病治疗的文章,检索词为“humanumbilicalcordbloodcells,nervecells,nervoussystemdisease”,并限定文章语言种类为English。计算机检索中国期刊网专题全文数据库2002/2004的神经干细胞方面相关文章,限定文章语言种类为中文,检索词为“神经元,神经干细胞等等”。资料选择:就检索到的文献进行初审,选取试验包括上述实验组和对照组的文献,筛除明显不随机实验的研究,以近5年且发表在较权威杂志者优先,排除综述类文献。对剩余的文献开始查找全文。资料提炼:共收集到40篇关于脐血细胞的文献,33个试验符合纳入标准。排除的7篇试验中,系重复的同一研究。资料综合:33篇中22篇关于脐血细胞应用,11篇为实验动物模型。总体来说脐血细胞在神经系统疾病中的应用已经取得了初步的效果。结论:脐血细胞在神经系统疾病中的应用将为细胞移植治疗神经系统疾病提供更广泛的来源,也为神经系统疾病的治疗带来了新的希望。BACKGROUND:Umbilical cord blood is easy to obtain and contains stem cells.Abundantly,this method can not cause the society and legal problem.But how about the degree of the potency of stem cell in umbilical cord blood is in differentiating into nervous system cell.OBJECTIVE:To review the application of Human Umbilical cord blood cells(HUCBCs) in the nervous system disease. DATA SOURCES:Using the key terms “ human umbilical cord blood cells,nerve cells,nervous system disease',we searched the MEDLINE database and the Elsevier full- text database from 1995 to 2004 in English.Meanwhile,using the key terms “ neuron, neural stem cell,etc.',we searched the Chinese journals full- text database for the relevant articles about neural stem cell from 2002 to 2004 in Chinese.STUDY SELECTION:All articles were selected firstly,and those including experimental and control groups were collected.The non- randomized controlled trials were excluded.The articles published in more authoritative journals in 5 years were preferential.The articles of summarization were excluded and the rest full text was looked up.DATA EXTRACTION:A total of 40 articles on human umbilical cord blood cells were collected.As a result 33 met the inclusion criteria.The other 7 were excluded because of duplication.DATA SYNTHESIS:The application of HUCBCs were involved in 22 articles and Test animal models were involved in the 11 articles.Generally speaking, primary effect of the application of HUCBCs in nervous system disease was obtained. CONCLUSION:The application of HUCBCs in the nervous system disease will provide wider source for cell transplantation in treating nervous system disease,and bring new experctation for the therapeutics of nervous system disease.
