摘 要:目的:研究碳纤维复合树脂桩核和金属桩核修复牙体缺损的受力损坏的特点。方法:使用正畸拔除的单根离体前磨牙,去除牙冠后,分别利用碳纤维复合树脂桩核和铸造金属桩核修复,设计专用的测试系统,在万能力学试验机上加载至损坏为止,压力的方向与牙长轴成45°角,加压速率为5cm/min。结果:每组试样损坏的平均压力数值和相应的标准偏差(SD)如下:铸造金属桩核的平均压力数值为4.63kN,SD为0.24;碳纤维复合树脂桩核的平均压力数值为3.26kN,SD为0.082。当受到较大的冲击载荷时铸造金属桩核弯曲变形、牙根劈裂;碳纤维复合树脂桩核与牙根一同齐牙颈部断裂。结论:碳纤维复合树脂桩核与铸造金属桩核相比具有较低的损坏强度;在冲击载荷的作用下先于牙根劈裂,缓冲应力,提示可以较好的保护修复体的牙根。Objective: To study the performance and failure characteristics of post made of carbon fiber composite and casted metal. Methods: The crowns of single rooted premolars extracted from orthodontic patients were removed and restored with post made of carbon fiber composite and casted metal respectively. The specimens were loaded on specially designed testing system with loading direction at 45 degree to the tooth axis and crosshead speed of 5cm/min. Results: The mean stress values at failure with standard deviations (SD) for each group were 4.63±0.24KN for cast post and 3.26±0.082KN for carbon fiber composite post. Under high impact load, cast post distorted and root fractured, while carbon fiber composite post fractured together with root at dental neck. Conclusions: Compared with cast post, the specimens restored with the carbon-fiber post with composite core exhibit inferior strength properties, under impact load, the carbon-fiber post with composite core can be broken out before root and eliminate the stress, which suggests carbon-fiber post with composite core can protect the root of teeth from damage.
