摘 要:目的:研究四种不同方法制备的钛粉末在相同的工艺条件下激光立体成形时的粉末利用率,用来指导适于激光立体成形的钛粉末制粉方法的选择。方法:选取氢化脱氢(HDH)法、动态氢化脱氢(DHDH) 法、等离子旋转电极雾化(PREP) 法及气雾化(GA)法制备的钛粉末,采用激光立体成形装备,分别在相同的工艺参数下进行粉末的单层单道熔覆试验,计算四种粉末的粉末利用率;同时采用高速摄影技术对各种粉末的输送过程进行观测,分析相同工艺参数下粉末利用率出现差异的原因。结果:各种方法制备的钛粉末利用率由高到低的顺序为GA法(均值为88.07%) > HDH法(均值65.37%) > DHDH 法(均值43.43%) > PREP法(均值为37.47%)。总体均数的差别均具有统计学意义,这与粉末输送过程的高速摄影实验观察到的GA法制备的钛粉末流具有较好的会聚性和稳定性是一致的。结论:和另外3种方法制备的钛粉末相对比,GA法制备的钛粉具有最高的激光立体成形粉末利用率。Objective: To choose proper powder-making method of titanium used in laser solid forming technology at the aspect of powder using efficiency. Methods: Four kinds of titanium powder made by different methods were chosen for single cladding test. The four powder-making methods are Hydrogenation dehydrogenation(HDH) method, Plasma rotary electrode arc atomization process(PREP) method, Dynamic hydrogenation dehydrogenation(DHDH) method and Gas atomization process (GA) method. Calculate the powder using efficiency of each powder and study powder feeding situation by slow-motion technology. Results: The order of the powder using efficiency of titanium powder was GA(88.07%)>HDH(65.37%) >DHDH(43.43%)>PREP(37.47%). The difference of mean powder using efficiency was statistically significant anong the different kinds of powder. The photography record shewed that powder made by GA method was fed more convergently and stablizingly than the others. Conclusion: Titanium powder made by GA method has the best powder using efficiency when it is formed by laser.
