摘　　要：从局部幂敛指数出发 ,对局部幂敛指数与其有向图的结构之间的关系进行了细致的分析 ,得到了 1个简单易行的判断可控阵幂敛指数上界的方法 ,给出了可控阵幂敛指数的 1个新的上界。In this paper, the relation between the part convergence index of a controllable fuzzy matrix and the structure of a directed graph is analyzed in detail. A new upper bound on the convergence of indices of controllable matrices is established.
