摘　　要：根据汽车轮毂轴管的性能要求和结构特点,选择F 2000淬火液进行淬火。结果表明,该淬火介质显著改善了汽车轮毂轴管热处理后的金相组织及综合力学性能,彻底消除了火灾隐患及对环境的污染。According to the properties requirement and structure characteristics of the vehicle hub axle, the F-2000 quenchant was selected. The results show that this quenchant improves the microstructure and comprehensive mechanical properties of the vehicle hub axles which are heat treated, and it totally remove a hidden dangerous of fire and environment pollution.
