摘　　要：目的:探讨Caspase-3在结肠癌组织中的表达及意义。方法:应用免疫组化LSAB法对79例术前无放、化疗的结肠癌标本及其相应的癌旁组织进行Caspase-3检测,并结合临床指标、预后进行分析。结果:癌旁组织及肿瘤组织中Caspase-3阳性率分别为53.16%(42/79)和75.95%(60/79),组间阳性表达率差异有显著性(P<0.05)。Caspase-3的表达与结肠癌患者年龄、性别、血清CEA水平、淋巴结转移、浸润深度、Dukes分期均无明显的相关关系(P>0.05),而与组织分级相关,高、中分化组的Caspase-3阳性表达率高于低分化组(P<0.05)。Caspase-3高表达组与低表达组的3年生存率比较无显著差异(40.48%、47.62%,P=0.6512)。结论:结肠癌中有Caspase-3的高表达,其表达与组织分级相关,提示Caspase-3在结肠癌的凋亡、发生、发展过程中有重要作用。Objective: To investigate the expression of Caspase-3 in colon carcinoma and its significance. Methods: The immunohistochemical LSAB method was applied to conduct the Caspase-3 determination for 79 specimen of colon carcinoma without chemoradiotherapy before operation and other related paraneoplastic tissues. Results: The positive rate of Caspase-3 in the paraneoplastic tissues and the tumorous tissues were 53.16%(42/79) and 75.95%(60/79), respectively. There was a significant difference between the groups (P<0.05). There was no obvious correlations between the expression of Caspase-3 and the age , sex, CEA level of serum, metastasis of lymphnode, depth of infiltration, as well as the Dukes staging (P>0.05 ), while it was related to the tissular grading. The positive rate of Caspase-3 expression in the well- and the moderate-differentiation group was higher than in the poor- differentiation group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the 3-year survival rate in the high Caspase-3 expression group and the low Caspase-3 expression group (40.48%, 47.62%; P=0.651). Conclusion: There is a high Caspase-3 expression in colon carcinoma and it is in relation with the tissular grading, which suggesting that the Caspase-3 plays an important role in the apoptosis, incidence and development of colon carcinoma.
