摘 要:目的 :评价乳腺钼靶摄影结合计算机辅助检测 (CAD)诊断乳腺癌的作用。材料和方法 :10 1个经CAD辅助诊断的病灶得到病理证实为乳腺癌 ,计算CAD的检出率 ;比较 1名医生使用CAD前、后与医生双读片对乳腺癌的检出率 ;比较医生使用CAD前、后对于乳腺癌的诊断率。结果 :CAD对于乳腺癌的检出率为 89.1% ,使用CAD后早期乳腺癌的检出率提高了 16.3 % ,与医生双读片的检出率无显著性差异 ;使用CAD后乳腺癌诊断的假阴性率下降 16.8%。结论 :CAD可以替代双读片 ,提高早期乳腺癌的检出率 ,并降低乳腺癌诊断的假阴性率。Purpose: To evaluate the diagnostic value of molybdenum target mammography with computer-aided detection (CAD) for breast carcinoma. Materials and Methods: 101 lesions, which were diagnosed with the assistance of CAD system, were proved to be breast carcinoma pathologically after operation. The data were recorded to measure the detection rate of CAD. The detection rates of breast carcinoma by one doctor, one doctor with CAD and two doctors were compared. The diagnosis of breast carcinoma before and after the use of CAD were compared. Results: The detection rate of CAD was 89.1%. The detection rate of breast carcinoma in early-stage by one doctor with CAD was increased 16.3%, compared with the rate by one doctor, and had no significant difference from that by two doctors' double-reading. After using CAD, the false-negative rate of breast carcinoma was lowered 16.8%. Conclusion: CAD can replace double-reading and promotes the detection rate of breast carcinoma in early-stage, reduces the false-negative rate.
