旋覆代赭汤加味预防肿瘤介入化疗所致呕吐的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨旋覆代赭汤加味预防以顺铂为主介入化疗引起呕吐的临床效果。方法将肿瘤患者随机分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例),观察组在化疗前一周内服中药旋覆代赭汤加味治疗,对照组在化疗前30min静脉注射恩丹西酮。结果观察组与对照组止吐有效率分别为70%和80%,两组差异无显著性(P>0·05)。结论旋覆代赭汤能有效预防介入化疗引起的恶心呕吐,且价格低廉,无明显副作用。Objective To observe the clinical effects of modified“Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction” in preventing vomiting induced by interventional chemotherapy.Methods Sixty subjects were randomized into two groups:treatment group in which 30 cases were treated with this Decoction and another 30 cases were treated with Ondansetron.Results The effective rate was 70% in treatment group and 80% in control group,with no difference between the two rates( P >0.05).Conclusion This Decoction is effective for the prevention of chemotherapeutic vomting.
