摘 要:建立了用于铝合金脉冲MIG焊熔池图像检测的CCD视觉系统,通过窄带滤光系统和选取合适的焊接规范,获取了铝合金脉冲MIG焊熔池的清晰图像。分析了铝合金焊接熔池图像的特征。针对目前已有熔池图像处理算法的缺点,利用形态学方法去除了图像信号中的噪声、阴极雾化区等影响熔池特征提取的部分,获得了满意的熔池边缘图像,为进一步实现铝合金MIG焊接过程控制创造了条件。Weld pool geometry is a crucial factor in determining welding quality and its feedback control is a fundamental requirement of automated welding. Therefore, a vision sensing system for taking and processing the image of metal inert-gas (MIG) welding pool of aluminum alloy is developed. Clear images of the MIG welding pool are obtained by using the technology of narrow band filter, which is used to overcome the influence of strong arc light. Meanwhile, the aluminum alloy characteristic of the MIG welding pool is analyzed. In order to overcome the disadvantages of traditional welding pool image processing method, the morphological operators is used to process the aluminum alloy MIG welding pool. The method can effectively wipe off noise and cathode pulverization area in image. Experiments show that the method is effective and feasible, and it can provide reliable information for the real-time control of aluminum alloy MIG welding process.
