摘 要:目的探索食管癌术后医院感染的预防措施。方法对我院1999-2003年35例食管癌术后医院感染的 临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 医院感染发生率为26.92%,其发生与高龄、住院时间、侵入性操作和联用多种 抗生素等有明显的关系,以呼吸道感染为主。结论提高机体免疫力、减少侵入性操作和合理使用抗生素是预防 食管癌患者术后医院感染的主要措施。OBJECTIVE To explore the measures of prevention and treatment for postoperative nosocomial infection in esophageal cancer patients. METHODS Retrospective survey was carried out in 35 patients with hospital-acquired infection from 1999 to 2003. RESULTS The infection rate was 26. 92%. The hospital-acquired infection was related to age, longer duration of hospitalization, aggressive procedures, and combined antibiotics. The most common site was the respiratory tract. CONCLUSIONS It is important to improve the patients' immunity, reduced aggressive procedures, and reasonable use of antibiotics in the prevention of hospital-acquired infection in the patients.
