摘 要:为了解决高海拔地区隧道施工中遇到的严重缺氧难题,结合青藏铁路风火山隧道施工,研究开发隧道掌子面弥散供氧与氧吧车相结合的综合供氧方法。应用该方法可将掌子面附近施工区域的氧分压提高2~3kPa,确保隧道建设人员工休时及时吸氧。实际应用证明,该方法可以有效解决高海拔地区隧道施工严重缺氧问题,且简便易行,保障了施工人员的身体健康,提高了施工效率,特别适合高海拔地区隧道施工应用。In order to solve the serious problem of the absence of oxygen in the development of tunnels in high attitude plateau,an integrated oxygen supplying method was invented.This method integrates directly disperse high purity oxygen along the tunnel section being developed with a moveable oxygen cabin near the section to meet the oxygen requirement of the operators in tunnel.The method was successfully used in the development of Fenghuoshan Tunnel of Qinghai-Tibet railway,a first high railway tunnel in the world.It is shown that the oxygen partial pressure of the development section can be enhanced by 2~3kPa and the difficulties of the absence of oxygen in tunnel development is solved efficiently.
