摘　　要：青年劳动力资源是社会文明进步与经济发展的第一推动力。社会保障机制作为开发与调节青年劳动力资源的重要机制,是维护青年劳动者基本权益的前提;是青年劳动力资源优化配置的保证;是青年劳动力资源再生产的基础;是激发青年劳动者积极性的催化剂;是青年劳动力价值公平分配的调节器。Youth labor resources are the leading impetus in social civilization and economic develop-ment.Guarantee mechanism,the main role in exploiting and adjusting the youth resource,is the premise for youth labors’benefits,and optimization combination also the basic for resource reproduction.It offers the function of catalyst to activate the youth progress and the balance between allocation and labor value.
