摘　　要：提出了一种基于以太网构建用电控制与管理系统的方案.该方案利用以太网技术和RCM2200控制器实现了对联网电子式电能表的自动抄读和预付费控制以及对用电用户进行在线管理的功能;使系统具有传输速率高,通信实时、可靠等优点.A project constructing a management system of power consuming based on ethernet is introduced. In the system, the RCM2200 ethernet controller and the ethernet technology is used to read and control electricmeter in the network automatically and manage the consumer on-line; The system is characterized by higher speed,greater data throughput, real-time performance and reliable communication.
