血清牙龈类杆菌抗体水平与牙周组织炎症程度的关系

摘　　要：本研究运用ＥＬＩＳＡ法对９８名受试者静脉血中存在的牙龈类杆菌抗体进行了测定，结果发现牙龈类杆菌抗体水平与牙周组织炎症程度有正相关关系，但也有血清抗体水平较高而牙周炎症并不严重或抗体水平低而牙周炎症较严重的病例，说明牙龈类杆菌感染仅是牙周病复杂发病机制的一个重要因素。In this paper we had detected the level of humoral antibody response to Bacteroides gingivalis(Bg)in 98 participants by ELISA. The results were the serum IeG antibody titers against Bg was significantly elevated in adult periodontitis. On the other hand,significantly lower antibody titers was observed in some patients with severe periodontitis.We did not know exactly the causes of this phenomena. But it was complicated that Bg infection was very important in causing periodontitis.
