摘　　要：讨论了0/0型和*/∞型不定式f(x)／g(x)的极限点集以及相应的f'(x)／g'(x)的极限点集的结构.指出前一集合含于后一集合,导出了上、下极限形式的罗必塔(L'Hospital)法则,阐明了罗必塔法则适用和失效的根本原因.The construction of the sets of limit points on indeterminate formula f(x)/g(x)andf' (x)/g' (x) in 0/0 and */0 are being described in this paper. The set of limit poines on indeterate formulaf(x)/g(x) in being implied in the set of limit points on f '(x) / g' (x) respectively. L'Hopital laws on upper limit and lower limit are being introduced. The essential reasons for L'Hospital laws can be applicable or be no longer in force are being explained.
