摘 要:为通过东莞市区幼儿园 3~ 7岁正常儿童头发中微量元素含量均值与 1 0年前正常儿童头发中微量元素含量均值的对比 ,了解十年来东莞市正常儿童头发中微量元素含量的变化 ,采取了在群体自愿参加者中 ,选出经体检无重要脏器病变 ,营养一般 ,身高、质量在均值以上的正常儿童 ,在枕后贴发根部剪 0 5g头发检测锌、铁、钙、铜、锰、铅元素含量。结果表明 ,在 1 1 2 5例受检儿中 (称普查儿 ,占适龄儿 95 % ) ,筛查出符合正常儿童条件者 62 1例 ,占总受检儿 5 5 2 %。这 62 1例正常儿头发中锌、铁、钙、铜、锰、铅元素的含量均值为 93 473、 2 9 71 0、 779 5 0 0、 9 773、3 2 2 2、 9 2 5 1 μg/g。正常男童发中上述六种元素含量均值为 93 493、 2 9 642、 781 3 0 0、 9 71 2、 3 2 0 6、9 2 0 4μg/g。女童发中上述六种元素含量均值为 93 5 1 7、 2 9 798、 777 1 92、 9 85 1、 3 2 43、 9 3 1 2 μg/g。2 0 0 3年与 1 993年正常儿童头发中微量元素含量均值相比 ,十年来正常儿童头发中有益元素锌、铁、铜、锰元素显著升高 ,而有害元素铅却显著降低。By comparing nowaday trace element's mean value of 3~7 year's old normal children's hair in Dongguan downtown kindergarten with that of ten years ago,the change of trace element's mean value in the normal chuldren's hair in Dongguan was investigated in recent ten years.Of the volunteers,those with common nourishment,without important viscera disorders, and height,body weight are above mean value (so call normal children) are selected.0.5 g hair in occipital area of these children is cut to check the zinc,ferrin,calcium,copper,manganese,lead element's value.The result show that of 1 125 cases,95% suitable age children, 621 cases are checked out. Check out rate is 55.2%.Of this 621 cases normal children, their hair's zinc,ferrin,calcium,copper,manganese,lead element values are 93.473,29.710,779.500,9.773,3.222,9.251 μg/g separately.Normal boys' are 93.493,29.642,781.300,9.712,3.206,9.204 μg/g.Normal girls' are 93.517,29.798,777.192,9.851,3.243,9.312 μg/g. Comparing with that of 1993,in 2003, useful elements such as zinc,ferrin,copper,manganese obviously increased,whereas harmful elements like lead obviously decreased.It concludes in Dongguan,useful elements such as zinc,ferrin,copper and manganese in children's hairincrease by comparing with that of ten years ago.Whereas harmful element like lead decreases.The health conditions of Dongguan children obviously increase.
