摘　　要：目的　研究偏侧咀嚼对咀嚼肌肌电图的影响。方法　 4 0只大白鼠随机分为 4组 ,实验组间断磨除右上、下颌磨牙牙冠至龈下 ,对照组未做处理 ,饲养条件相同。实验 1组磨牙后 10周末、实验 2组磨牙后 16周末进行肌电图检查 ,结果与对照组对照。结果　 2个实验组与对照组的肌电图均有明显差异。结论　偏侧咀嚼对咀嚼肌肌电图造成影响 ,是颞下颌关节紊乱病的病因之一。Objective: To study the effects of unilateral chew on electromyography of mastication muscles. Methods:40 white rats were divided into two experimental groups and two control groups. The right upper and lower posterior teeth of all the experiment groups were ground to the gingival level without occlusal contact. Electromyography(EMG) of the mastication muscles were studied of the rats from the first experimental and control groups after 10 weeks , and for the second groups 16 weeks later. Results: The EMG between the experimental group and the control group was significantly different. Conclusion: The unilateral chew was one of the causes of temporomandibular joint disorders.
