隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤中PTEN的表达

摘　　要：目的:观察隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤中PTEN的表达情况,探讨它的意义。方法:使用免疫组化结合图象分析法检测3 9例隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤(DFSP)、3 0例皮肤纤维瘤(DF)中CD3 4、PTEN的表达情况。结果:CD3 4蛋白在DFSP中表达明显高于在DF的表达;而PTEN蛋白在DFSP中的表达低于DF ,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 0 5 )。直线相关分析表明:CD3 4和PTEN蛋白的表达之间无相关性(P >0 . 0 5 )。结论:PTEN与隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤的发生、发展密切相关,除CD3 4外,可作为隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤与皮肤纤维瘤鉴别的参考指标。Objective:To investigate the expression of PTEN (phosphatase and tensin homology deleted on chromosometen) in dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans(DFSP),and to study its significance. Methods:The expression of CD34,PTEN protein was detected by immunohistochemical in paraffin-embedded specimens of 39 DFSP and 30 dermatofibromas(DF). All of the results were quantitatively analyzed by image analysis system. Results:The expression of CD34 protein in DFSP was higher than that in the DF (P<0.05), whereas the expression of PTEN protein in DFSP was lower than that in the DF(P<0.05), and there was no correlation between the expression of these two proteins. Conclusion:PTEN is related with the occurrence and development of DFSP, and it may be helpful in diagnosis of DFSP when it is hard to make a diagnosis between DFSP and DF.
