摘　　要：通过对《内经·上古天真论》及《难经》条文的深入理解 ,阐明先天精气对人身生理、病理、防御疾病等各个方面的重要意义 ,并从临床提出养护先天精气以救诸脏之疾的论点。Through the profound understanding to the contents in Nei Jing and Cannon of difficult problems, we explore that the congenital essence of human body is very important, either in physiology or pathology or preventing diseases. We also put forward our point that we can cure the organs' disorders through maintaining the congenital essence in clinic.
