摘 要:国内外在列车-轨道时变系统横向振动计算中,大多采用轨道横向不平顺作为列车-桥梁(轨道)时变系统横向振动的激振源。实际上,引起此系统横向振动的因素很多,诸如轨道横向不平顺、车轮踏面锥度、轮轨缺陷、车轮与钢轨的制造误差、车辆质量及其载重的偏心等。机车车辆构架蛇行波反映了引起此系统横向振动所有因素的影响,同时还反映了轮轨实际接触状态。根据秦沈客运专线高速列车构架蛇行波的现场测试资料和试验结果表明:采用三角级数模型及Monte-Carlo法随机模拟出了高速列车在时速160~300km/h范围内的构架人工蛇行波;解决了高速列车-桥梁(轨道)时变系统横向振动随机分析的激振源问题;列出了具有代表性的高速列车构架蛇行波实测波形图。The transverse track irregularity is mostly treated as the exciting source of transverse vibration of train-bridge (or track) time-varying system at home and abroad. In fact, transverse vibration of the system may be caused by many factors, such as the transverse track irregularity, the conicity of wheel tread, defects of wheels and rails, errors in production of wheels and rails, the eccentricity of the mass and loading of cars and so on. Sole consideration of the track irregularity results in negligence of many other factors unable to be included in the track irregularity. On the contrary, the hunting wave of car bogie frame covers the influence of all factors causing transverse vibration of the system and reflects the action of different wheel-rail contact conditions. In this paper, the artificial hunting wave of bogie frame of high-speed train was simulated at random at the range of speed 160~300 km/h by making use of trigonometric series model and Monte-Carlo method, and on the basis of field-testing results of the hunting wave of bogie frame of high-speed train running on the Qing-shen passenger railway line. The exciting source for random transverse vibration analysis of high-speed train and bridge (track) time-variant system is confirmed. Some typical field-test time-history curves of hunting wave of bogie frame of high-speed train are listed at the end of this paper.
