摘　　要：对实数０＜α≤１，设ξ（ｓ，α）是Ｈｕｒｗｉｔｚｚｅｔａ－函数，ξ１（ｓ，α）－ξ（ｓ，α）－α－ｓ。本文的主要目的是研究均值的渐近性质，并给出一个较强的渐近公式。For real number 0<α≤1, let ξ(s,α) be the Hurwitz zeta -function and ξ, (s,α) =ξ(s,α) -α-s. The main purpose of this paper is to study the asymptotic properties of the third power mean and give a sharper asymptotic formula for it.
