国家队运动员英语学习需求调查及教学实施建议

摘　　要：采用问卷和访谈方法调查了8支国家队181名一线运动员的英语学习需求,包括英语学习动机需求,英语学习用时需求,英语学习教材及工具需求,英语学习形式需求,英语学习主要内容需求,教学方法及对于教师的需求,英语学习效果检验等方面,并提出了实施优秀运动员英语教学的建议,如英语教师应掌握运动员英语学习的特点,编写适合运动员特点的英语教材,重视课堂外的语言学习环境,选聘运动员喜爱的英语教师,选择适当的教学方法及教学内容以及建立并完善考核制度,以期为以后的运动员英语学习提供借鉴。Questionnaires and interviews were conducted with 181 elite athletes from 8 national teams to investigate their demands for English study, including their demands for English study motivation, time for study English, textbooks and reference books, different ways of studying English, the contents of English study, teaching methodology, requirements for teachers and evaluation of the study effect. Some suggestions are put forward with the purpose of improving the study effect of the athletes, namely, the English teachers should learn the athletes' character in studying English, adapt or compile English textbooks for athletes, pay attention to the language environment out of the English class and select proper teaching methods and contents;qualified English teachers should be employed;a testing system should be set up and improved.
