摘 要:在社会转型的特定时期,原有专业竞技体育的培养体制愈来愈显乏力,学校课余训练工作及竞技运动队的水平均呈发展势头,但其水平相对滞后,速度仍然缓慢。就学校运动队学生的毕业流向看,小学运动队学生的毕业流向呈现出多元化趋势,毕业后发展的选择有了更多的途径和更大的空间;中学运动队学生的毕业流向仍以进入各类大学,接受高等教育为主。课余训练在发掘和培养有潜质的高水平运动员工作上有较大缺口。学校课余训练工作的实质发展和体系建立,以及教育与体育行政管理部门的协作是学校课余训练工作得到可持续发展的有效途径。During the social transition period,the cultivating system of professional athletic training is getting weaker while the after-class sports training and its level are on the rise despite the fact that its level is left behind and the development is slow. In terms of students' choices after their graduation,the primary students have more choices,more paths and more room,the high school students mainly go to university to get more education. There is great insufficiency in cultivating high-level athletes. The actual development and the system construction of after-class training as well as the coordination between education and sports administrative department at schools is effective for sustainable development of after-class sports training.
