摘　　要：强化管理,科学决策,才能全面改变和提高公路桥梁整体服务水平。公路养护管理的紧迫性和重要性被一些相关的管理部门所忽视,其危害是极其巨大的,应引起我们足够的重视.In order to completely change and improve the whole service level of roads and bridges, we must strengthen management and make scientific policy. The urgency and significance of road management have been ignored by some relevant administrative departments, which are extremely harmful and should arouse our sufficient attention.
