摘　　要："和谐"是企业管理所要达到的企业运行和发展的理想状态。然而,只有当企业运行和发展的"和谐态"可以进行测度时,"和谐管理"就由一种"思想"成为一种科学可操作的管理方法。本文根据和谐的思想,在应用并改进多元统计聚类分析方法的基础上,研究并提出了"企业和谐态"的数量测度方法。'Harmony' is a kind of ideal state of enterprise operation and enterprise management aim. But only if the harmony state of enterprise is measurable, 'harmony management' will become a kind of operatively scientific method. According to harmony idea, at the basis of applying and improving multiply statistic cluster method, this paper study and put forward the quantitatively measurable method of enterprise harmony state.
