北京市顺义县中小学生沙眼的普查与防治

摘　　要：１９８９年对北京市顺义县５所中小学在校学生５３０６人进行了沙眼普查。发现沙眼患病率为１９．７３％，其中沙Ⅰ的患病率为１９．７１％，沙Ⅲ的患病率为０．０２％。选用１０％磺胺醋酰钠溶液治疗。两周的治愈率为６０％以上，四周的治愈率为１５．６％，六周的治愈率为８％，八周的治愈率为５．３３％，八周末的总治愈率为９６．５３％，疗效满意，提示磺胺醋酰钠对轻度沙眼的治疗效果较高，疗程短，值得推广应用。survey of trachoma in 5,306 students of Shunyi Middle and Primary school was conducted in 1989.Itrevealed that the prevalence of trachoma was 19. 73%. Trachoma Ⅰoccurred in 19.71%and Trachoma Ⅲ 0.02%。10%sodium salfacetimide was used for treatment. More than 60%of trachoma was cured in 2 weeks,15.6%in 4 weeks,8. 00%in 6 weeks,5.33%in 8 weeks and total 96.53%at the end of 8 week.This studyindicates that sulfacetimide is very effective for treatment of mild trachoma and justified to recommend.
