微量元素对Wistar乳鼠硒性白内障抑制作用的研究

摘  要:采用Wistar乳鼠经皮下注射亚硒酸钠诱发白内障,同时皮下注射汞、银、锂、钴等微量元素,动态观察白内障的发生与发展并测定晶体内有活性的超氧化物歧化酶(SuperoxidedismutaseSOD)。结果表明:微量元素汞、银、锂、钴可不同程度地抑制和延级硒性白内障的发生与发展,晶体内有活性的SOD含量与硒性白内障的发展有一定的相关性。sing suckling Wistar rats,selenite cataract was induced by selenite injection subcutaneously. Mean-while,the trace elements mercury,silver,lithum and cobalt were injected separately. The development of cataract was observed via slit lamp microscope dynamically and the concentrations of active superoxide dismu-tase(SOD)in lens were determined.The results demonstrated that trace elements Hg,Ag ,Li,and Co can protect against and delay the development of Se-cataract in different degrees and the concentrations of active SOD in lens are associated with the development of Se-cataract.
