视网膜下液五种酶活性测定

摘　　要：采用ＡｂｂｏｔｔＡＢＡ－１００型自动生化分析仪对我科２６例视网膜脱离病人视网膜下液、血清和正常人血清４０例进行了五种酶的酶谱分析。结果表明视网膜下液组同正常人血清组比较，肌酸激酶（Ｃｒｅａｔｉｎｅｋｉ－ｎａｓｅ，ＣＫ），谷草转氨酶（Ｇｌｕｔａｍｉｃ－ｏｘａｌｏａｃｅｔｉａｔｒａｎｓａｍｉｎａｓｅ，ＧＯＴ），乳酸脱氢酶（ＬａｃｔａｔｅＤｅｈｙｄｒｏｇｅｎａｓｅ，ＬＤＨ）明显增高，谷丙转氨酶（Ｇｌｕｔａｍｉｃ－ｐｙｒｕｖｉｃｔｒａｎｓａｍｉｎａｓｅ，ＧＰＴ），碱性磷酸酶（Ａｌｋａｌｉｎｅｐｈｏｓｐｈａｔａｓｅ，ＡＬＮ）明显降低。he activity of 5 kinds of enzyme was measured in the subretinal fluid and serum of 26 patients with therhegmatogenous retinal detachment and serum of 40 normal persons by Abott ABA- 100 biochemical auto-analyzer.The data suggested that the level of creatine kinase,glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase and lactatedehydrogenase in the subretinal fluid of patients was obviously higher than that in the serum of normal per-sons,but the level of alkaline phosphatase and glutamic- pyruvic transaminase in the subretinal fluid of pa-tients was lower than that in the serum of normal persons.
