外伤性白内障87眼的治疗及预后

摘　　要：对外伤性白内障８７眼的术式与预后作了分析研究。本病宜早期手术，尤在儿童可预防废用性弱视的发生。手术时机在伤后２～３周为宜，但应根据患者炎症反应等酌情处理。由于患者以年青人为多，又为单眼，所以是人工晶体植入的主要对象。治疗中要对症处理，伤口缝合要考虑功能恢复及美容等问题；用膜裂伤合并外伤白内障时手术缝合角膜，不宜在伤口内吸取白内障。如晶体未破则可用抗生素等治疗，待伤口愈合后再择期手术。he surgical type and treatment effect of 87 eyes of traumatic cataract show that cataract should be ope-rated as early as possible. The surgery can prevent amblyopia. The optional time of operation was 2-3 weeksafter trauma. The individual time of operation depended on traumatic uveitis. IOL implant was indication be-cause most cases were younth and single eye. The method of treatment depended on the traumatic condition. The cosmetic and function of eye were considered during suturing wound.Intraocular hypertension was ad-ministered by osmotic agents. When corneal rupture existed,the cataract should not be extracted throughcorneal wound.If the capsule of lens was intacted,surgery was made after the wound was healing.
