学龄前儿童的前角膜曲率半径以及角膜散光与总合散光的研究

摘　　要：采用ＴｏｐｃｏｎＯＭ─４型角膜计测４～６岁儿童２５７例（５１４眼）的前角膜曲率半径和屈折力，并对角膜散光与总合散光的关系进行了研究。前角膜曲率半径呈正态分布，范围７．４～８．３ｍｍ，峰值在７．８ｍｍ。均值：水平径为７．８４±０．１６８ｍｍ，屈折力为４２．４０±０．１４３Ｄ；垂直径为７．６９５±０．１７３ｍｍ，屈折力４３．８０±０．１５２Ｄ。总平均值：曲率半径为７．７６±０．１７２ｍｍ，屈折力为４３．１０±０．２０１Ｄ。总合散光均值为０．９２５±０．１７Ｄ，角膜散光均值为１．４０±０．３３５Ｄ，两者间相关关系密切，ｒ＝０．９６９１，Ｐ＜０．００１。对儿童期构成眼散光的因素进行了讨论。he radius of curvature of the anterior corneal surface and its refractive power were determined withTopcon keratometer in 257 preschool children(514 eyes)aged 4-6 years.The relation of corneal astigma-tism to total astigmatism was studied.The radius of curvature of the anterior corneal surface was normal dis-tribution and the peak value was 7.8mm.The average value of the radius of the curvature was 7.76±0. 172mm and the refractive power was 43.10±0.201D. The average value of the corneal astigmatism was 1.40± 0.335D and the total astigmatism was 0.925±0.17D. There appeared to be a clear positive correlation be-tween the total astigmatism and the corneal astigmatism (r= 0.9691,P<0.001).The elements that formedthe astigmatism in children period are discussed.
