摘　　要：采用二道生理记录仪，通过涨力丝传感器，前房穿刺直接法测得新西兰白兔眼压为２．６１±０．５２ｋＰａ（ｎ＝６０）。该方法简便、直接，结果较为准确，不失为一种测量动物眼压的好方法。e established a direct method to measure IOP of the rabbits with 4 gauge needle inserted into the ante-rior chamber.The other end of the needle was connected with a pressure sensitive sensor,The IOP of rabbits was recorded by a two-lead physiological recorder. The IOP of 60 eyes from 30 rabbits was 2.61±0.52kPa.The method was simple,direct and accurate. It can be used for measuring the IOP of animals.
