摘　　要：本文分析118例132眼深层巩股咬切术对视力的直接影响,发现术后视力较术前降低2～5行者有18眼占13.6%.其中8 眼(6%)手术项利、并未发生任何明显的并发据 这种手术对视力的不良影响,手术者在术前应有所认识并应向患者及家用说明,以取得他们的理解.The direct influence of operation (subscleral sclerectomy ) on visual acuity of 118 cases (132eyes) of glaucoma were evaluated. Tt was found that the vision of 18 eyes (13.6%) after operation was lower than that before operation, the decrease being 2 to 5 lines; among which there were 8 eyes (6%) gonig smoothly through the operation without any obvious complication. The probability of this negative effect of operation on visual acuity should be recognized by the surgeon and explained to the patients and his (her) family to get their understanding before the operation.
