超扭曲液晶盒缺陷现象及分析

摘　　要：在单色模式STN—LCD中,由于受到盒厚控制、表面排列及各种材料等方面的制约,其缺陷形式多种多样。例如四种不同的彩虹现象虽然均是盒厚或表面处理造成,但表观形式和实质有许多的不同。本文列举了STN—LCD中常见的缺陷及间单分析了产生这些缺陷的原因。There are various forms of defects in supertwisted nematic liquid crystal displays, such as four typical 'rainbow' phenomena, because it is controlled by cell thickness, and sruface alignment and the restrictions of various materials. In this paper, some phenomena about the defects in SIN-LCD (Super Twisted Nematic Liquid Crystal Displays) and the reason of these defects are discussed.
