摘　　要：高等学校功能的拓展,需要对其内部管理体制进行必要的改革。现行的教学科研基层组织已不能适应重点高校功能拓展的趋势,需要进行调整。兰州大学在这方面进行了有益的探索和实践。With expanding the functions of higher education institution, it is necessary to reform the intramural management system. The present teaching and research basic unit, which can't already meet the trend of the expansion of the institutions' functions, should run the adjustment. Lanzhou university has carried on the beneficial search and practice in this respect.
