女性可疑青光眼视神经盘沿形态与静态阈值视野改变的观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察静态阈值视野改变与可疑青光眼视神经盘沿形态及年龄的关系。方法 :对 186例 (3 50眼 )女性可疑青光眼按盘沿形态分下方大于上方组和下方小于上方组 ;按年龄分 40岁以下组和 40岁以上组 ,采用 QZS-4型自动视野计分别进行阈值视野测定。结果 :盘沿形态下方小于上方组视野异常率 (58.6% )高于盘沿形态下方大于上方组 (2 0 .0 % ) ,两组相比差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1)。 40岁以下组 (3 6.3 % )视野异常率与 40岁以上组 (42 .1% )相比差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5)。结论 :女性可疑青光眼患者的年龄对视野阈值的改变不产生有意义的影响 ,而从阈值视野改变的角度 。Objective: To observe the relationship between the changes in the threshold of s tatic visual field and the shape of the edge of female optical disc evaluated b y the clinicians and the ages of suspicious glaucoma patients Methods: According to the age and vision,the female with suspicious glaucoma were divide d into more than 40 years and less than 40 years groups According to the shape of the edg e of female optical disc, patients were divided into the upside bi gger tha n the downside group and smaller than the downside group Threshold visual fiel ds were detected in 350 eyes of 186 patients Results: The rate of abnormal visual field in the upside smaller than the downsi de group (58 6%) was higher than that in bigger than the downside group (20 0%, P<0 05) There was no difference in more than 40 years group (42 1%) an d less than 40 years group (36 3%, P>0 05) Conclusion: The ages of patients may not influence the results of static threshold visual field From the static threshold visual field, it is practical to identify the changes of the shape of the edge of female optical dis c as the screening standard of glaucoma
