摘　　要：通过严格遴选主诊医师,逐步完善主诊医师负责的医疗服务模式,最大限度地满足病人医疗服务需求,同时 也培养了一批业务骨干,推进了学科建设,增强了办院效益。Through strictly selecting the doctor in charge, our hospital has gradually perfect the medical service model of responsibility system for doctor in charge.The new model has not only greatly satisfied the patient's demand but also cultivated many young specialists, at the same time boosted the construcation of subject and enhanced the hospital benefit.
