摘　　要：目的　研究八氯二丙醚 (S2 )对中国仓鼠肺细胞 (CHL)染色体畸变作用。方法　测定S2 对CHL细胞的半数抑制浓度 (IC50 ) ,根据IC50 设立不同剂量组 ,进行正式试验 ,分别观察 2 4h ,4 8h及加S9后的染色体畸变情况 ,根据标准进行结果判定。结果　染毒 2 4h为可疑阳性反应 ,染毒 4 8h以及加入活化系统染毒 6h为阳性反应。结论　S2 可引起CHL细胞染色体产生畸变作用。Objective To explore the effects of octachlorodipropyl e ther(S 2)on chromosome aberration in CHL Cells.Methods To determine the IC 50 of S 2 on CHL cells, t hen to establish the scope of doses according to the IC 50 and to do cells Chromosome aberration.According to the standard positive response the r esults were judged.Results Marginal positive response was found at 24 h af ter the treatment with S 2.Positive responses were found at 48?h after treatme nt or at 6?h after the addition of S-9 mixture.Conclusion S 2 could induce Chromosome aberration in CHL cells.
