摘　　要：基因工程作为一门新兴技术,备受世人关注。基因技术的应用可能给人类社会带来巨大的社会效益和经济效益,同时也可能给人类社会带来很大的隐患,因而,加强对基因技术的法律保护是非常必要的。The people around the world pay close attention to Gene engineering as one new developing technology. Wide application of gene technology may bring us enormous economic benefits and social benefits. At the same time, it may also bring some certain hidden dangers to human society .Therefore, it is essential for us to strengthen legal protection of gene technology.
