关于转变政府职能与全面推进依法行政的思考

摘　　要：加入WTO,必将对我国政府行政权力的行使和行政管理的模式产生极其深远的影响。我们认为应该通过以下途径转变政府职能从而达到全面推进依法行政,准确定位政府,明确市场经济下政府应有的各项职能:(2)根据政府职能,合理设置政府机构,加快政府体制改革;(3)转变政府管理方式,强化政府监管力度;(4)Entrance into WTO Will enert profound influence on the mode of administration and operation of administration pouer of our country We can transtorm government function to carry out legal administraction in the following ways;①To locate gouernment precisely②To confine government functions in market economy③To set up government organications according to its function and speed up Hforming government sgstem④To set up Government law system agreeing uith that of WTO as soonas Possible
