摘　　要：[目的 ]了解我省非碘盐问题地区控制碘缺乏病综合干预项目执行情况及干预效果。[方法 ]根据福建省该项目中期评估实施方案 ,选定 10个县 (市 )进行评估 ,内容有废转盐田数、目标人群健康教育问卷调查、碘盐销售量、覆盖率及人群碘营养状况。[结果 ]实施干预项目以来已废转盐田 3 742 4hm2 ;碘缺乏病知识得到较好普及 ;问题地区碘盐覆盖率 85 0 % ,合格碘盐食用率 74 7% ;8～ 10岁儿童甲肿率 4 5 % ,尿碘中位数 >10 0 μg/L。[结论 ]通过项目实施 ,碘盐覆盖率得到提高 ,居民的碘营养状况明显改善 ,通过学校开展真假碘盐鉴别活动 ,对提高沿海地区合格碘盐食用率效果显著。Objective To investigate the executive situation and the effect of IDD synthetic intervening project in the areas of non-iodine salt problem in Fujian. Based on midterm evaluation implementing project of eliminating IDD,10 counties (cities) were evaluated. The evaluation items were as follows: the quantity of discard salina,IDD health education questionnaire,iodine salt sales volume,coverage rate of iodine salt and iodine nutrition situation. After implementation of intervening project,3 742.4 hm 2 salina were discarded. IDD knowledge was more popular. Coverage rate of iodine salt was 85.0% in salt problem area. The percentage of household consuming effective iodine salt was 74.7%. Thyroid gland swell rate of aged 8-10 children was 4.5%. The median of urine iodine was >100 μg/L. [Conclusion ] The coverage rate of iodine salt is increased and iodine nutrition situation improved significantly after intervening. With the model of school-student-family and the activity,real-unreal iodine salt distinguishing,the percentage of household consuming effective iodine salt in coastal areas is increased significantly.
