摘  要:大瑶山隧道长14.295km,是我国最长双线铁路隧道,名列世界双线铁路隧道第十名。最大埋深910m。通过10多条大断层,围岩复杂破碎,涌水量达51000t/d,9~#断层特别严重,断裂影响带宽465m。 采用“三斜一竖”长隧短做施工方案,全断面、半断面大型机械施工。组成开挖(钻爆、装碴和运输)、锚喷、模注混凝土三条大型机械化作业线。施工中采用深孔(长5.15m)光面爆破,无轨运输,复合衬砌,塑料板防水层,施工监控量测,光电测距导线控制测量,地质预报,长距离独头巷道施工通风,新光源等几十项新技术。单口月成洞达217m。大断面机械施工、配合地层加固等措施,安全、快速通过9~#断层带。大瑶山隧道建成,标志我国隧道建设技术已达到国际先进水平。Dayaoshan Tunnel is the longest double-track railway tunnel in China andthe tenth longest one in the world. It is 14,295m long and has a maximum over-burden depth of 910m. This tunnel passes through more than ten faults and frag-mente d surrounding rock in which the amount of underground gushing waterreached 51000t/d. The ninth fault is very serious as its broken effective band is465m in width. The construction plan was carried out with 'Three-inclines and One-shaft'method in which the long tunnel was excavated through short divisions, andin which the method of full face and half face tunnelling was done by use of large construction machines. Three large mechanical constructing lines was usedfor excavation (including drilling- and -blasting, mucking and transportation ),bolt-shotcrete and cast-in- place concrete work. Tens new technology was usedin construction, such as long-hole (l = 5. 15m ) smooth blasting, no- rail transpor-tation, double lining, plastic sheet waterproofing, field measurement monitor-ing, photocurrent range finding geodetic, geology prediction, long distance work-ing ventilation with one working face, new light resource and so on. A month-ly advancement of 217m for one working face was achieved in construction.Tunnel passed the ninth fault safely by taking large-section mechanical con-struction, stratum consolidation, double lining and other measures. The com-pletion of Dayaoshan Tunnel marks that the technology of tunnelling in Chinacome up to advanced world level.
