摘　　要：面对市场竞争、社会的需求,如何培养和提高人才的创新能力,是高等教育面临的一个课题,是教 育工作者所要探索的一个问题。Facing to the competition of the market and to the demand of the society, it is a question for discussion how to bring up and enhance the power of the innovation of the person with ability for the higher education and the teaching staff.
