摘 要:通过MoldFlow软件模拟分析了聚合物熔体自干扰流动(SIF)的影响因素,模拟结果表明:熔体自干扰流动的形成取决于两浇口小流道之间的距离(d),只有d小于临界距离(dc)时,由小流道引发的两股熔体会因为较强的相互作用从而形成自干扰流动,这时两股熔体之间将不会生成熔接痕;而d大于dc时,两股熔体之间的相互作用逐渐减弱甚至消失并且会形成熔接痕。通过模拟分析比较了自干扰流动与常规流动下得到的制件体积收缩率。Factors affecting self-interference flow(SIF) of polymer melt was analysized using MoldFlow software. The results of simulation showed that the generation of SIF depends solely on the distance between two orifices d. When d is less than the critical distance d_c, the strong interaction between two streams of melt from two orifices results in a SIF, and weld line will not be formed at where two meld flows meet.If d is larger than d_c the interaction between two streams of melt will become weaker leading to the formation of a weld line near the gate.The volumetric shrinkage of part under SIF and conventional flow process (CFP) conditions were also compared.
