人大肠腺瘤的超微结构观察

摘　　要：本文对16例大肠腺瘤(12例管状腺癌和4例绒毛状腺瘤)进行了超微结的观察研究,同时对5例大肠腺癌及3例大肠癌切缘“正常”粘膜进行对照观察。发现轻度非典型增生的管状腺瘤与正常大肠粘膜在超微结构水平上无明显差别;而中度至重度非典型增生的管状腺瘤以及绒毛状腺癌与腺癌的超微结构相近。我们认为,大肠管状腺瘤(特别是中度以上非典型增生者)及绒毛状腺瘤应视为癌前病变,必须及时行手术或内窥镜摘除。This paper reported the comparative ultrastructual studies of 16 cases ofadenoma of Large intestine, with 5 cases of adenocarcinoma and cancer'normal'margin of large intestine. It was showed that no apparent structural diffrencebetween normal epithelium and mild atypical tubular adenoma. The ultraslructure ofmode? to severe atypical tubular adenoma, villous adenoma and carcinoma weresimilar. Author considered that the tubular adenoma of large mtestine especiallyhigher than moderate atypical hyperplasia and villous adenoma should be consideredas precancerous in the ultrastructural point of view. Therefore, redical surgicaltherapy and endoscopic polypectomy should be carried out early for adenoma of largeintestine.
