摘 要:以40Cr为研究对象进行了焊接温度对等效压缩变形影响的试验研究。试样尺寸Φ15mm×50mm,被约束在固定压头之间后加热,约束压应力55MPa,加热温度690-840℃,到温后保温5min卸载空冷,以试样相对缩短量为等效压缩应变ε。结果表明:当焊接温度θ<Ac1或θ>Ac3时,ε随θ的升高呈线性增大,在Ac1-Ac3之间,ε随θ的升高而明显增大;ε-θ曲线在θ<Ac1时的斜率小于θ>Ac3时的斜率,在Ac1-Ac3之间,ε-θ曲线近似呈S形。This paper studies the effect of welding temperature θ on EPCD of 40Cr steel on the basis of experiment. Specimen, which size is Φ15 mm × 50 mm, begins to be heated after being constrainted between upper press head and lower press head. Under the condition of prepressing stress 55 MPa and welding temperature 690 - 840 ℃, temperature of specimen has been hold for 5 minutes after attaining welding temperature, then unloading and cooling in the air. Relative reduction of specimen length is called equivalent plastic compressive strain ε. The result indicates that ε increases linearly with θ when θ is below Ac1 or above Ac3. ε increases obviously with θ increases when θ is between Ac1 and Ac3. The slope of ε - θ curve when θ < Ac1 is less than that when θ> Ac3. The ε - θ curve approximately shows S shape when θ is between Ac1 and Ac3.
