蠲饮汤配合腔内化疗治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察蠲饮汤配合腔内化疗治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效。方法将患者56例随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组均予顺铂胸腔内化疗,治疗组加服蠲饮汤;4周后评定疗效。结果治疗组有效率高于对照组,其毒副反应发生低于对照组,而患者生活质量的改善优于对照组。结论腔内化疗配合内服蠲饮汤治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效较好。Objective:To observe the effect of malignant hydrothorax treatd with Juanyin Decoctionand intrathoracic chemotherapy.Methods:56patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the cont rolled group.Cis -platinum intrath oracic chemotherapy was given to patients i n both groups,and Juanyin Decoction only for those in the treatment group within 4weeks.Results:The effective rate of the treatment g roup was well above that of the controlled group.And there was less side effect and higherd degree of satisfaction in th e treatment group.Conclusion:It might be concluded that effect on malignant hydrothora x treated by Juanyin Decoction and intrathoracic chemotherapy was preferable.
