葛根素注射液对缺血性脑卒中患者的临床观察及其对血浆ET及HCY、OX-LDL的影响

摘　　要：目的观察葛根素注射液治疗老年缺血性脑卒中的疗效及对血浆内皮素(ET),同型半胱氨酸(HCY),氧化低密度脂蛋白(OX-LDL)的影响。方法将120例老年性脑卒中患者按随机单盲原则分为两组,每组60例,两组在同等西医治疗基础上,治疗组加用葛根素注射液400mg,15d为1个疗程,测定治疗前后神经功能缺损积分、生活能力状态和血浆ET、HCY、OX-LDL水平。结果与对照组比较,治疗组缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效及神经功能缺损积分的减少,有明显差异(P<0.05),血浆ET、HCY、OX-LDL水平降低。结论葛根素注射液治疗缺血性脑卒中安全有效,其机制可能与减少内皮细胞损伤改善脑缺血而实现的。Objective To observe effects of puerarin injection on cerebral ischemic stroke and its influence on plasma endothelinET. HomocysteineHCY Oxidatively modified low density lipoprotein OX-LDL. Methods 120cases were divided randomly into two groups and they were treated with the same western medicine therapy. In addition the puerarin treatment group n=60 was treated with puerarin injection intravenously drip of 400mg once a day for 15 days. The nerve function deficit score and the degree of physical disability were evaluated plasma ET、HCY、were detected before and after treatment. Results The effects and the decrase of nerve function deficit score in the test group were significantly better than that in the control group plasma ET and HCY level went down in the test group. Conclusions puerarin injection is effective and safe in treatment of cerebral ischemic stroke.
