摘　　要：目的探讨雷尼替丁、呋喃唑酮、四环素、黄连素2周疗法对HP根除治疗的疗效并进行费用分析。方法将患者随机分为A、B、2组,A组49例,用四联药物治疗;B组48例,用三联药物(奥美拉唑、克拉霉素、阿莫西林)治疗。服药前及停药1月行胃镜检查。结果A组HP根除率和不良反应出现率分别是83.6%、12.2%,B组HP根除率和不良反应出现率分别是85.4%、10.4%,2组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。B组治疗费用是A组的20倍。结论由雷尼替丁、呋喃唑酮、四环素、黄连素组成的四联药物2周疗法,疗效好,价格便宜,适合在农村贫困地区推广使用。Objective To explore the effect on HP was treated radically with quadruple therapy ranitidine.mifurazolidone.tetracycline.berberine  for 2 weeks and to analyse the madicical expens Methods All patients were divided into groud A and groud B at raudom .49 cases in groud A were treated with quadruple therapy for 2 weeks 48 cases in group B were treated with triple therapy omeprazole. clarichromycine.amoxicillin for same time .gastroscopy was performed before treated and one month after treatment. Results In groud A the cure rate is 83.6% the side effect rate is 12.2% in groud Bthe cure rate is 85.4%the side effect rate is 10.4%.The diffence has no significance in groud Aand groud B.But the expend in groud B is 10 times as expensive as in groud A. Conclusions The quadruple therapy is more effctive and cheaper than the triple therapy and more suitable usage in poor rural area.
