摘　　要：试图从我国体育法修改的角度,通过反思法理论的介绍和对体育社团内部处罚权的探讨,结合对法律的调控界限提出了一些建设性的意见。From the view of the amendment of Chin a Sports Law,the constructive advic e of law modification range is put up by intro ducing Reflexive Law and discussing the power of administrative penalties of sports clubs.
